Martin P. Doolan has a Masters in English Literature (Cambridge University), a Masters in Applied Linguistics (Zagreb University) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (London University). He is a certified examiner for the Cambridge ESOL Exams, a certified IELTS examiner and a certified IELTS Examiner Trainer. He has trained teachers in Croatia, England, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Greece, and has co-authored 9 books for teaching English.

Miljenka Demel is a partner at Lancon. She has a PhD in Economics and a BA in English and French. She is an experienced teacher of business English and author of textbooks, research papers and teaching materials. In addition to teaching, she also does a considerable amount of conference interpreting and translating. She is an EC accredited interpreter. Her most recent field of activity is training conference interpreters at the Zagreb University postgraduate course.

Branka Rajković is a partner at Lancon and is responsible for the Translation Services Department. She holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature and English Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb . Before joining Lancon, she worked in the media and as a teacher. She does a considerable amount of conference interpreting.
Stephen Hindlaugh is originally from England and holds a B.A. in English and History and a Master's degree in Linguistics. He's been teaching English since 1988 and has worked in several European countries. Besides teaching, he is also an examiner, teacher trainer and textbook writer.
Ilana Roman is from Long Island, New York. She graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a degree in Communications, specializing in Advertising. She worked in the advertising industry in New York before coming to Croatia. She has been teaching English in Croatia since 1997.
“My plan was to spend a year in Croatia getting to know my parent’s culture, then return to New York and continue my career in advertising. However, I have found that teaching people to communicate is a much more rewarding career and I am able to use and share my first-hand business experiences when working with my students.”
graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand , where she lived and worked for a number of years. She is a teacher of English with experience in both teaching and translation. She also worked in film and theatre. Anna is currently working as a teacher and translator as well as on her Ph.D. in the Philosophy of Science.
Marijana is a Canadian of Croatian origin. She has a degree in English from Calgary University and a CELTA English teaching certificate. Before moving to Croatia, she has worked as a teacher, teaching materials writer and training organizer, but also on various projects in the area of social work. She has lived in Croatia for five years and has gained extensive experience in running preparatory courses for Cambridge exams.
Kelli is an American who has lived in Zagreb for several years. She has wide experience in running Business English courses both for groups and individuals. She has worked on teaching programs specifically tailored to meet the requirements of individual companies or institutions.
