August 1990 Lancon registered by Martin P. Doolan and Erich J. Ackermann as a limited company in Zagreb, Croatia.
September 1990 First Contract - Scientific Writing Course for PLIVA's Research Institute.
Autumn 1990 Business English Courses with Slovenian Partner LOGOS for Iskra, Gorenje, Lek, Ljubljanska Banka and other companies.
Spring 1991 Miljenka Demel joins Lancon as both a stakeholder and a director. Lancon begins conducting Business English courses at the Zagreb Business School.
Company offices move to Europe House on Zagreb's main square, and general enrolment courses begin.
Autumn 1991 Despite the war, both General and Business English courses continue to be held, sometimes in bomb shelters.
Lancon personnel begin translating and reading the news in English on Croatian Radio and Television.

2003 Croatia Airlines chooses Lancon to translate its in-flight magazine.
Pliva chooses Lancon to organize and run seminars for its trainees focusing on business communications skills.
HNB and HBOR choose Lancon for a course on consecutive translation for its translators.
2004 T-mobile chooses Lancon for one-to-one tutorials with the company management.
Inagip and Edina choose Lancon for their management tutorials in English.
2005 Hrvatski Telekom and Agrokor choose Lancon to help their managers and employees improve their English.
